1. Strategic Partnership & Scope Shine Bright Shoppers provides strategic consulting and Odoo ERP management. We act as Lead Architects to design your system and oversee the implementation of your retail operations.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Policy All payments for consultations, one-time sprints, and monthly management plans are final and non-refundable. Fees are charged for the allocation of expert time and the delivery of proprietary strategic roadmaps. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations of recurring plans.

3. Direct Provider Payment Model To ensure total transparency and client ownership of assets, all third-party vendors (including Odoo S.A., hosting providers, hardware suppliers, and independent developers) are paid directly by the Client. Shine Bright Shoppers does not markup third-party labor or licenses. We manage the providers; you own the relationship and the licenses.

4. Liability & Performance While we source and manage vetted providers to the highest professional standards, Shine Bright Shoppers is not liable for service interruptions, billing errors, or work product generated by independent third-party vendors.

5. Acceptance By engaging our services, booking a session, or subscribing to a plan, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms, specifically the Direct Provider Payment model and the Non-Refundable nature of service fees.
